If you find that your order contains a wrong item, simply contact us within 15 days of your delivery and we will refund your money. Please note that we only process returns and refunds for items purchased from MexiMarket, and that we will only refund shipping charges that are due to an error on our part (shipping the wrong item). Simply send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and the items sent in error.
