Shipping policy
Due to the high volume of orders we are processing, our shipping schedule has been adjusted to ensure quality and efficiency in our deliveries.
Your order of quality Mexican food products is delivered through Canada Post anywhere in Canada. Shipping fees (plus HST) are calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. These charges will also appear in your order confirmation as “shipping charges”.
Shipping Schedule
● Orders are processed and shipped twice per week: Tuesday and Friday.
● Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) on shipping days will be processed that same day.
● Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.
Delivery Conditions
● A person must be available to receive the order at the time of delivery.
● Packages will not be left unattended at any residence or business.
Order Tracking
● Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number.
● You can track your package at www.canadapost.ca/trackweb
● Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available.
Orders will be shipped with the items that are in stock at the time of processing. The status of any missing items will be communicated after shipment. Refunds for unavailable items will be processed within 24–48 hours after shipping confirmation. If all items in your order are unavailable at the time of processing, we reserve the right to cancel the order entirely and issue a full refund.
Important Notes
● We are unable to make product substitutions.
● We do not offer rain checks for out-of-stock sale items.
● Due to health and safety concerns, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns.
